We’re working with a leading company looking to onboard a Warehouse Manager for one of their facilities. In this position, you’ll serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ensuring the safety of all team members.
You will be responsible for 4 teams’ productivity, workflow, and continued mentorship. These teams include leads, supervisors, and 100+ warehouse members.

Responsibilities
- Manage the productivity and workflow of 4 teams including leads, supervisors, and warehouse members.
- Ensure safety and compliance within the warehouse.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in shipping and receiving, and inventory management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a warehouse, operations, and / or logistics role
- 5+ years serving as a Warehouse Manager
- Experience managing 100+ staff members, including salaried employees
- Experience overseeing a 500,000+ square foot warehouse
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication skills
Salary and Location
Salary : $85K - $110K (DOE)
Location : Santa Ana, CA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in process improvement
- Ability to work weekends and / or overtime when needed
- Experience evaluating leads / supervisors’ performance
