- Supporting the continuous operation by building out a team of supervisors, operators, and technicians
- Developing and scaling operating procedures
- Collaborating with teams to build a data collection program
- Creating and ensuring proper training
Requirements for the Director of Operations include :
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience building and overseeing a team of more than 50 people supporting a continuous operation
- Safety first mentality
- Excellent communication, team building, and interpersonal skills
