Currently, we have multiple openings for warehouse positions and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and obtain full time employment with our clients throughout San Diego.

Position : Warehouse Associate

Location : San Diego County, CA

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform various warehouse duties including but not limited to receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and cycle counting.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (forklift certification preferred).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
• Other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements :

• Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.

Compensation :

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour with room for negotiation based on experience and qualifications.
