Registered Nurse (RN) Job Overview :

• Hospital serving the community with a caring and competent team committed to excellence in behavioral healthcare
• Work as a team to provide exceptional patient care
• Performs acts requiring substantial specialized knowledge, judgement, and nursing skill based upon the principles of psychological, biological, physical, and social sciences.
• Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in the provision of patient care.
• Provides care, counsel, and teaching to patients.
• Performs medical treatments, administers medications, and collects laboratory specimens as prescribed.
• Supervises, teaches, and delegates to other personnel the performance of nursing care activities.
• Explains plans of care to patients and their families.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Qualifications :

• RN Licensure : KY or Compact, active, current, unrestricted.
