About : Lyngblomsten, a 225-bed care center located in Saint Paul near Como Park, is in search of NOC RNs!
Responsibilities :
- Directs / coordinates / assists with provision of nursing care; facilitates the continuity of nursing activities between shifts
- Reviews resident conditions, prioritizes needs
- Serves as a resource to staff, residents, visitors, and other health care providers
- Conducts facility rounds observing for the appropriate provision of care including safety and privacy of residents, overall compliance with policies / procedures, rules / regulations, and addresses / corrects problems as indicated
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Must be licensed in Minnesota
- Must be CPR certified
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
