Ceramic Production Supervisor
This position oversees the final stage of production, ensuring that terra cotta pieces are cut to precise dimensions, inspected for quality, and packed for shipment to job sites.
Duties include :
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workers involved in cutting, inspecting, and packing ceramic products;
- Plan, schedule, and oversee production processes to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Requirements are :
- Familiarity with large industrial saws and experience in operating or supervising heavy equipment
- Proficient in using measuring tools to ensure product specifications are met.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel a plus, such as using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
