A company is looking for a BPO Life Insurance Compliance Analyst in Lincoln, NE, USKey Responsibilities : Interacting with clients and internal departments to resolve policy issues and analyze processes for accuracyWorking with client insurance carriers on life insurance inquiries and escalated client or account issuesCompiling and analyzing data to identify trends for root cause analysis and assisting in reviewing, updating, and implementing process and policy improvementsRequired Qualifications : 3 years of demonstrated expertise in life insurance or annuities1 year of experience communicating with insurance company home offices ensuring a high level of client satisfaction1 year of experience with technical writing for creating clear and concise documentation1 year of experience in coordinating or leading special projectsMust pass a background check with education check and employment verification check
