LHH is ramping up a search for a in HRIS Analyst the Metro Detroit area. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and providing analytical support for HR initiatives.
This role requires strong technical skills, knowledge of HRIS platforms, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS, including system configuration, maintenance, and user support.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS through regular audits, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Develop and generate HRIS reports and dashboards to support HR metrics, analytics, and decision-making.
Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to gather system requirements and implement system enhancements or updates.
Provide training and support to HR users on HRIS functionality, processes, and best practices.
Manage integrations between HRIS and other systems (, payroll, timekeeping) to ensure data synchronization and consistency.
Conduct testing and quality assurance for system upgrades, patches, and new releases.
Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
Assist with ad-hoc data analysis and special projects as assigned by HR leadership.
Maintain confidentiality of HR information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role, with hands-on experience managing HRIS platforms (, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS configuration, report writing, and data analysis.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices related to HRIS administration, data management, and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into understandable terms for non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Certification in HR systems (, SHRM-SCP, HRIP) is a plus.
