We offer a base pay of $30 per hour plus overtime and performance bonuses. Our amazing benefits include :

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Your workweek is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (40 hours) . Overtime is available for top performers. Our best Lead Carpenters work 60 hours and average $35+ per hour factoring overtime, and can still earn performance bonuses on top of that! You will be building high-quality decks! From framing to finishing touches, you'll be hands-on, leading by example and ensuring every project is a testament to Clear Choice Custom Decks' commitment to quality.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A LEAD CARPENTER

Our company is searching for someone hard-working, detail-oriented, and collaborative. You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications :

Required :

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must be able to lift 100lbs plus, regularly
• Must be able to work 40+ hours a week (full time only, no part time)
• Must be able to commute daily to Washtenaw, Oakland, Livingston, and / or Macomb counties (majority of the work is around Ann Arbor, Canton, South Lyon, Novi, Bloomfield Hills and surrounding areas)
• 5 years doing a variety of rough carpentry (framing), fine / finish carpentry (interior trim, cabinet building, furniture building, woodworking, etc.)

Preferred :

10 years doing a variety of rough carpentry (framing), fine / finish carpentry (interior trim, cabinet building, furniture building, woodworking, etc.)
