Brief Overview of Position
The Regional Managing Director, Private Wealth Advisors plays a critical and central role in the Texas Capital Bank (TCB) Private Wealth group.
This role will lead a team of wealth management professionals within a specific region, ensuring the team executes on our strategic and operational plans to meet our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manages and oversees team delivery of wealth management services and solutions to build trusted client relationships with the goal of long-term retention
- Provides support and guidance to the team, including review / development of proposals and presentations, for new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Lead pipeline management routines with teams and coach on pipeline execution
- Manage unique needs identified in high-growth projected market as determined by senior leadership
- Evaluation of client base for proper alignment; conduct risk analysis for an assigned book of business on a regular basis to increase client retention and identify missed or new opportunities
- Drives an enterprise mindset and referral activity across disciplines
- Help attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team within consistent processes and delivery

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in Financial Services required; experience or demonstrated understanding of wealth management solutions and concepts including investments, banking, trust administration, financial planning, estate planning, retirement planning, insurance, tax, and identification / implementation of additional wealth planning opportunities preferred
- Minimum ten years’ experience in a leadership role
- FINRA Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses required, or will need to be secured within 180 days of employment.
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a leader who can positively and productively add to the overall organizational infrastructure and governance
- Ability to engage at the senior management level and demonstrated communication experience at different levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office products (Outlook Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
