- Discharge Summary / Med Rec
- Clinical Staffing / Care Plan Meetings
- Weekly Care Plan Documentation
- Pre-Admission Screening Review and Documentation per CMS Guidelines
- Prescribing Narcotics
- PAPE / H&P
- 24-hr Services Available :
- General, Neuro, CT, Ortho, Vascular
- Lab, Anesthesia
- Beds in the Dept : 20
- Other Info :
- Will supervise APPs
- EMR : Epic
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
