Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about transforming students lives through virtual therapy?
Were seeking a dedicated SLP to offer outstanding online speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, youll support a diverse group of students, empowering them to overcome communication barriers. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions designed to meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and implement student-specific IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Work with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address communication challenges.
- Conduct screenings, maintain documentation, and participate in team planning meetings.
- Support advocacy for students, offer professional development for staff, and stay current with research.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Connecticut Teaching Certificationoptional
- ConnecticutSLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast / reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks / tablets permitted
