Qualifications
- 10+ years executive talent sourcing experience with a proven track record of leading and growing a team of strategic executive talent Sourcers
- Demonstrated ability to effectively create and execute strategic executive sourcing strategies and align them to business objectives
- Ability to build diverse talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies
- Demonstrated ability to influence successfully and achieve goals by partnering across a matrix of business leaders, HR partners, HR Centers of Excellence, as well as external partners.
- Deep knowledge of the external talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability
- Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confident when working autonomously
- Excellent business acumen & strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner
- Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene
Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance our executive strategic sourcing strategies to effectively identify, attract, engage and assess diverse top executive talent.
Drive innovation in executive sourcing strategies, including comprehensive talent mapping, to cultivate robust diverse pipelines of top executive talent for Intuit
Assume a pivotal role as a thought leader in executive talent sourcing, maintaining deep expertise in best practices, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence.
Stay ahead of industry trends and the evolving executive talent Drive a high-touch and proactive approach to strategic sourcing partnerships
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align executive sourcing strategies with hiring goals. Engage with stakeholders to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that align with business goals
- Utilize insights to proactively identify and attract top-tier executive Leverages data to uncover and drive actionable insights that positively impacts the quality of our candidate pipelines
- Lead, empower, and mentor a high-performing executive talent sourcing team, setting clear performance goals, providing continuous direction, and cultivating a collaborative culture of excellence

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $187,500 - $253,500, Bay Area California $190,000 - 257,000, Southern California $178,000 - 241,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
