The LEARN Behavioral Talent Acquisition team is hiring a temporary (3-6 month) Recruiter to join our team!
LEARN Behavioral is looking for a temporary Recruiter to provide full life-cycle sourcing and selection for the brands in our Western US Region.
This position will be a remote, work-from-home position; with flexibility to facilitate on-site hiring events and participate in meetings as dictated by the business need.
This position will be based in the Western United States; MST Time Zone.
Use creative thinking skills to develop and implement effective talent acquisition sourcing and recruiting plans to hire the right talent at the right time.
Effectively manage the recruiting life-cycle for non-exempt positions in the assigned regions. Actively sourcing talent using creative recruiting techniques including but not limited to : college and university partnerships;
job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations.
Responsibilities
- Source and contact potential candidates by utilizing various recruitment methods including resume databases, social media, colleges, Internet job boards, employee referrals, and career fairs.
- Conduct phone screens to assess the candidate’s skill baseline and minimum requirements for the position.
- Schedule in-person interviews with selected candidates with the leadership team.
- Prepare offer details and execute the hand-off to the onboarding team for pre-employment processing.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipeline to meet future staffing needs
- Maintain requisition and candidate data in applicant tracking system and compile reports from database as requested.
- Update and maintain job postings in iCIMS.
- Manage a high volume of open positions to meet hiring quotas.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers and peers to get a full understanding of their needs, challenges, and hiring targets.
- Assists in the creation of a ready pipeline of quality candidates to fill future openings as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Qualifications
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates, preferably iCIMS.
- Possess strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of candidates.
- Experience managing and prioritizing recruitment for multiple regions or high volume of requisitions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
