Job Summary :
The Cardiac Unit Registered Nurse independently plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care, assumes teaching and leadership responsibilities, and participates in shared decision making and quality improvement activities.
The role requires minimal supervision and includes providing direct nursing care, coordinating care delivery, and employing patient teaching to promote health and safety.
Requirements :
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Participation in the RN Residency Program for new graduates
- Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
