SUMMARY
As a Director of Employee Relations, you are essential to the development and implementation of strategies that ensure RRH attracts and retains exceptional talent.
STATUS : Full Time
LOCATION : Riedman Campus
DEPARTMENT : Human Resources
SCHEDULE : Weekdays
ATTRIBUTES
- For those hired on or after 7 / 1 / 2024, Bachelor’s Degree required, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, which includes at least two years of employee relations, labor relations and / or employee investigations experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management. Advise leaders on employee related matters to ensure effective outcomes; work with Organizational Development to improve leadership capabilities cross functionally;
ensure compliance is followed in relation to employment legislation and ER policies are progressive
- Leadership. Develop a high performing HR team; lead and manage the integration of other organizations into RRH
- Resource Management. Ensure the HR department is financial responsible and works with the established budget, creating productivity reports as necessary
