A DAY IN THE LIFE
Mo' Bettahs is seeking a results-driven and analytical Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. This position creates, manages, and optimizes paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
The Paid Media Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and collaborate to develop effective strategies that maximize ROI.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, third-party vendors, and more.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve CTR and ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships with our ad agency & third-party platforms.
- Manage and allocate budgets for multiple campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Establish weekly campaign reporting and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunity targeting segments and audience enhancements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficient in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Familiarity with third-party vendors such as DoorDash & UberEats preferred
- Experience managing influencer programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating performance reports
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability strategically to solve problems and act quickly to seize opportunities
- Familiarity with A / B testing and ROI optimization
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
- 3-5+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns
WORKING CONDITIONS :
The position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs;
sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions.
May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms.
May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
