Responsibilities : Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information. Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when interacting with customers.
Handle questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face-to-face. Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products / services.
Resolve customer issues in a friendly and helpful manner. Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients and sales promotions by attending client meetings. Requirements : High school diploma / GED required;
college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
