Requirements
- Qualified applicants MUST have experience in the following trades : Painting and Drywall (Mud / Tape / Texture)
- Residential & Commercial painting experience preferred
- Experienced with both interior & exterior painting
- Possession of basic hand tools and power tools
- Comfortable with heights
- Able to work in non-conventional environments ( outdoor work conditions, buildings, roof tops, duct work, scaffolding, etc. )
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Able and willing to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Must have a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
Job Duties
- Ability to install and repair drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing
- Ability to mask and prep
- Filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty plaster
- Painting surfaces using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers
- Maintain a clean and presentable working environment at all times
- All other duties as assigned
Pay-scale : Depends on Experience
Private & Public Sector (prevailing wage) work available
