What you'll do Perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction : loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment Safely use hand tools and equipment such as wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, climbing hooks, and more Safely operate mechanized equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators, and more Set up safety perimeter using signage, cones, safety barriers, etc Maintain safe working habits / conditions according to all regulations, procedures, and policies Qualifications Who we are looking for Knowledge of basic tools and outside plant construction practices Prior experience in a related construction position Qualified candidates will have a strong work history, willingness to learn, and a displayed aptitude and commitment to the cable / lineman field You are at least 18 years old & authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license Benefits and Company Summary What we offer Weekly Paychecks Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Plans Flexible Spending Accounts Short and Long Term Disability Supplemental Life and AD&D 401(k) Retirement Savings w / Company Match Stock Purchase Plan Company Discounts Legal Insurance Paid Time Off and Holidays Who we are.
