Our client is seeking a Full-Time Desktop to support US based LNG export facility and service the global demand for North American natural gas.
This Louisiana-based position will support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support for Mac workstations with at least 4 years of experience.
- Offer support for mobile devices, drawing on 4 years of experience.
- Administer Office 365 applications including Desktop Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
- Understand and support conference room audiovisual (AV) systems.
- Handle patching and application deployment using SCCM or other MDM tools like InTune, JAMF, or Desktop Central.
- Provide support to executive end users.
- Manage and deploy IT desktop assets.
- Address and resolve daily support tickets.
- Document new and existing IT processes.
- Enjoy working with end users and troubleshooting desktop issues.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Be able to climb stairs and walk considerable distances outdoors.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer or Information Sciences.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.
- Over 4 years of experience supporting mobile devices.
- More than 4 years of experience in Apple user environments.
- Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and / or Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) certifications are a plus.
- General knowledge of Azure Active Directory or experience with On-Premises Active Directory.
- JAMF certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365.
- Skills in Teams meetings and audiovisual (AV) support.
