หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ - สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดส่วนกลาง ให้เป็นไปตามความต้องการและคาดหวังในแต่ละ Event ของ BMW,Mini และ BMW Motorrad
- ประสานงานทีมฝ่ายขายทั้ง 3 แบรนด์ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคอนเซ็ปต์ของพรีเมี่ยม สถานที่จัดงาน รุ่นรถที่ตัดแสดง แผนการประชาสัมพันธ์ เป้าการขายและรายละเอียดต่างๆก่อนวันจัดกิจกรรม
- รับผิดชอบ งานส่วนของโชว์รูมอีเว้นท์ โรดโชว์ ตั้งแต่การวางแผนเริ่มต้น ไปจนถึงการโปรโมทงาน หน้างานและการจัดกิจกรรม รวมถึงการตดตามผลหลังจบกิจกรรมรบมไปถึงอีเว้นท์หลังการขาย
- ติดต่อประสานงาน vendors, influencers และทีมในระหว่างการวางแผน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุกอย่างเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ควบคุมดูแลการจัดอีเว้นท์ตั้งแต่การติดตั้ง รื้อถอน และติดตามขั้นตอนต่างๆ
- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิกบผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจัดอีเว้นท์โดยเฉพาะเพื่อดูในเรื่องของงบประมาณ
- ทำการจองสถานที่จัดงาน นักแสดง ช่างภาพ influencers และให้คิวพิธีกร
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบขั้นสุดท้ายในวันที่จัดงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าทุกอย่างเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของ
- ประเมินภาพรวมของการจัดกิจกรรม และรายงานผลรวมไปถึงปัญหาที่พบ
- ควบคุมดูแล Point Of Sale (POS) และการประชาสัมพันธ์ภายในโชว์รูม ให้อยู่ในมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

- สามารถจัดสรรเวลาได้ดี และสามารถทำงานหลายอย่างได้พร้อมกันเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถประสานงานกับ vendor ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษาการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
