Interstate Batteries of Yellowstone is looking to hire 2 Route Sales Managers to our team!
RESPONSIBILITY : To consistently service and aggressively expand an assigned set of customers along a predetermined route.
Compensation package :
- $52,000-$82,000 / Year on average (Includes benefits, commissions and base pay.)

Job Requirements :
- Minimum of Class B Commercial Drivers License with Air Brakes Preferred
- Will train / send to driver training school and help obtain Class B Commercial Drivers License with Air Brakes if all other categories are met
- Have no more than three moving violations in three years.
- Observe Interstate's drug and alcohol abuse policy.
- Route service and Maintenance : Route Manager is fully responsible to have all routes in dealer sequence that is cost efficient from start to finish (at their discretion) for a designated route.
- Responsible for the selling, adjustment and rotation of batteries.

- Sell and deliver new batteries to dealers
- Track all sales and account activity on handheld computer
- Setup new accounts through active selling
- Manage relationships with current and prospective dealers
- Collect and account for returned junk batteries
- Rotate aging stock
- Service all dealers in a timely manner
- Represent the Interstate brand in a positive way
Job Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Able to work independently to accomplish tasks
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively
- Prior sales experience is a plus
