Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness or injury.
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients by maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
Accompanied clients to appointments, social outings, and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
- Foster companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dishes, and tidying up living areas.
- Provide emotional support and be a friendly, reassuring presence for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
