Our client in Southborough, MA is looking for a temporary sales support administrative assistant to help support their office on a 6-month contract.
Job description :
- Managing bid calendar
- Answering calls
- Responding to inquiries
- Printing and preparing documents
- Supporting office with general administrative tasks
- EXCEL experience is a MUST!
Where : Southborough, MA (ON-SITE)
When : October, 28th
Duration : 6-month contract
Hours : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm Monday through Friday
Compensation : $19+ (depending on experience)

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in answering inbound calls
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide back office support
- Experience in document scanning
- Ability to effectively respond to inquiries
- Must have a service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
