Apply now for the position of StaffElectrical Engineer , and you will join a diverse engineering team and developcutting-edge electrical-optical technologies for In-Vitro blood analyzers andlab automation systems.

Your role :

  • You willdesign, develop, and test analog and mixed signal circuits for variousapplications. Experience in the electrical and mechanical design of opticaldetection systems would be an advantage.
  • You willperform detailed circuit analysis, simulation, reliability predictioncalculations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • You willcreate detailed design documentation (schematics, test procedures, bill ofmaterials, etc.), specifications, and reports.
  • You willbuild and integrate electronics with optical, mechanical, and embedded softwarecomponents, as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • You willcharacterize and test designs using bench-top laboratory equipment and developtest scripts using programming languages.
  • You willconduct complex design verification tests and be responsible for root causesanalysis and documentation of design failure and technical issues.
  • You willcollaborate with cross-functional project teams and various engineeringdisciplines (mechanical, detector subsystem, embedded software, applicationsoftware, system engineering) to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • You muststay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate bestpractices into designs.
  • You willensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You willsupport manufacturing and field service teams with technical expertise duringproduction and post-production phases.

Your expertise :

  • Strongproficiency in designing, simulating, and testing analog circuits.
  • Extensiveexperience with control systems, including filter design, PID control, feedbackloops and stability analysis. Optical detection system design and statisticalanalysis experience is a plus.
  • Demonstratedability to investigate, design and develop varying sensing electronics.
  • Solid understanding of EMI / EMC considerations andmitigation techniques.
  • Proficientin using ECAD and EDA tools such as Mentor Graphics Xpedition, SPICE, orsimilar.
  • Abilityto engage in hands-on work in the lab, building and testing your own designsusing oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.

Experience withoptical test equipment such as autocollimators and spectrophotometers is aplus.

Knowledge of embedded systems and embedded software(firmware) development is a plus.

Your skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent fieldwith minimum 7 years of demonstrated practical success in electronicsdesign or MSEE or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
  • Broad knowledge in electricalengineering, physics, and mathematics.
  • High-paced individual who is eager and passionate aboutdeveloping and delivering solutions.
  • Self-starterwith strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks whilemaintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills in closecollaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Experiencein mentoring and leading a small engineering team to handle multiple projectssimultaneously and meet deadlines is a plus.
