Responsible for greeting, scheduling and checking in patients. Provides clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1. Schedule patients for office visits
2. Meet and greet patients
3. Answer telephone
4. Scanning
5. Data entry into ECW and Meditech
6. Other duties as required
Job Qualifications : QUALIFICATIONS :
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience : Medical office experience desired
Other Skills : Basic computer knowledge, excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, scheduling flexibility
