Job Description :
Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider / Registered Nurse. Records nursing care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition;
consults with RN / Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
This position will work primarily with the Device Clinic which includes direct and indirect patient care. Common job duties include rooming patients for Device RN visits, assisting with 30-day cardiac monitor program, assist with clerical duties as needed and appropriate, and support patient teaching as appropriate and under the direction of RN / Provider.
Qualifications :
WI LPN License required. Cardiac experience preferred.
