Job Description :
- Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin’ Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC
- Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction
- Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce
- Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly
- Possess strong organizational skills
Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset!
Friendly and upbeat personality
- Team player with a desire to learn
- Experience managing a food establishment preferred but not required
- Understanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus
