Overview
TDW is seeking an HRIS Analyst with experience in Workday to join our team. Leveraging technical expertise, this role will support HR operations and enhance the HR technology landscape.
Responsibilities include system configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure the HRIS meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Workday HRIS system, including creating and managing business processes, reports, and securities.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, assessing their impact on current processes and making recommendations for improvements.
Participate in cross-functional projects, providing HRIS expertise and insights.
Conduct continuous improvement projects to optimize system performance, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with HRIS / HCM systems, including system implementation and configuration.
- Preferred : 3-5 years’ experience with a strong focus on Workday software.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
