As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will have an opportunity to help shape the moments that matter across an employee s journey with HCLSoftware.
This role will have a focus on our Learning and Development and CSR programs. You will play a pivotal role in crafting meaningful experiences that enhance employee engagement, skill development, and career advancement, while also ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our commitment to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB).
Responsibilities :
Content Creation : Create high-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and job aids, to support various learning initiatives
Needs Assessment : Conduct regular needs assessments and skill gap analyses to identify learning priorities and develop targeted learning solutions
Learning Evaluation : Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Training Delivery : Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and learning events using a variety of instructional techniques and technologies
CSR Strategy Partnership : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's CSR strategy. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, values, and stakeholder expectations
CSR Program Implementation : Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR programs and events, such as volunteer days, donation drives, or community service projects.
Ensure that activities are well-organized, inclusive, and aligned with the company's CSR priorities
Integrated Employee Experience Coverage Model : We work as a team and align our coverage model with input based on your interest, expertise, and business needs.
Our coverage model spans a diverse spectrum of functions including early talent, L&D, EDIB / culture, employee engagement, ESG / CSR, onboarding, process / policy management, global programs, and overall employee experience enhancement, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment across all facets of the organization's employee experience strategy.
Requirements :
Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related roles, preferably in a corporate setting
Passion and commitment for social responsibility
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Demonstrated foundation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles and creating content through DEIB lens
Ability to effectively create and deliver content for a diverse audiences
Advanced experience with e-Learning authoring tools; Camtasia and Articulate preferred
Advanced PowerPoint skills with an eye for layout, color, and typography to ensure visual coherence and impact
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple learning initiatives simultaneously within established timelines and budget constraints
Master s degree in Human Resources accepted; degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or Instructional Design preferred;
or bachelor s degree in any of the mentioned with proven experience in talent development, training, employee experience, or a related field
