Requirements :
- Tier 3 or 4 (MN) Teaching License
- Emotional Disorders endorsement
- IEP responsibilities : Due process completion preferred
- Proficiency in the subject area; experience with case management, paperwork, compliance, and IEPs
- At least one year of teaching experience with students with a variety of disabilities, including students with behavior disorders and other learning and cognitive delays, preferred.
- Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids;
- hear and understand speech at normal levels and on the telephone; speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in person and on the telephone;
and the ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; May include frequent walking, standing, stooping, lifting up to approximately 25 pounds and occasional lifting of equipment and / or materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds may be required.

Salary :
- $48 / hr. to $55 / hr.
- Based on 37.5 hours : $1,687.50 to $2,062.50 paid WEEKLY
- For the 24 / 25 school year : $60,750 to $74,250
