Patient Details :

• 32 year old male
• Canavan's Disease, Hypertension, Restrictive Lung Disease, Seizure Disorder, Neurogenic Bladder,
• Hoyer Lift for all transfers
• Straight catheterizations
• G-tube for feedings and medications
• Oral pharyngeal suctioning
• Cough assist, ABI vest, BiPAP, Nebulizers, Cough Assist, PRN O2
• Solid assessment experience required
• Patient has a compromised immune system, nurse must wear mask when with patient
• Patient is a sweet 32 year-old male with multiple diagnoses. He is one of our oldest cases, having been on service with us since 2003.

Household is immaculately organized, clean, and spacious. Patient has his "own wing" of the house with own bathroom. Loves listing to music, spending time with his nurses and family, and chilling with his beloved Australian Labradoodle, Waldo.

We have had some truly dedicated nurses working for him over the years, some since his original admission. For the day shifts, mom is hoping to find a nurse who would also be able to help her organize supplies, assist with ordering and keeping track of things, and helping to coordinate care with MDs.

Diverse Cases* : Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent.

Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.

• Pay Rates* : Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials :
• RN* : $56 / $58 / $60 per hour *LPN* : $40 / $42 / $44 per hour

Additionally, to join our team at *NortheastArc-Clinical Services*, nurses need to meet the following qualifications :

• Licensure* : Nurses must hold a valid *RN* or *LPN* license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Experience* & *Clinical Competence* : Proficiency in nursing skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving is crucial.

Team members should be well-versed in handling diverse medical conditions. While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial.
