Position Summary
The Digital Content Creator-Videographer will work within the News / Agriculture Division of LEARFIELD to assist with content creation (graphic design, video, audio, and text), and various marketing needs : campaign placements, reporting, and analysis.
This position can either be hired as a Digital Advertising Specialist I or II depending upon experience level.
Core Position Responsibilities
- The Primary duty is to assist with video editing and production for digital advertising campaigns.
- Implement, optimize, and report on digital advertising campaigns on various platforms : Meta, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and more.
- Aid with graphic design requests.
- Develop marketing campaign landing pages
- Develop marketing campaign performance and analytic reports
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred but not required
- Digital Advertising Specialist I require 1+ year and the II requires 2+ years of experience working on a team to implement and optimize social media and digital advertising and video campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suites, Premiere Pro, and WordPress
- Experience developing promotional graphics, editing video and audio
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
- Experience with placing paid social advertising
- Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including Meta, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and more
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a cohesive team environment
