Just named one of the fastest growing private companies for the 3rd consecutive year by the Nashville Business Journal. They are a Security Company that provides residential and commercial security systems, home automation, video surveillance, access control and fire alarms.
They are looking for an Alarm Technician for the Columbia, SC branch. This technician will be doing commercial and residential work.
Day to day will include installing, troubleshooting, and servicing Security panels / systems. If the candidate has CCTV and / or Access Control experience that 's even better as they can be used on different types of jobs.
Attire : Work pants & boots
Will provide a company shirt and a company vehicle.
Top 3 Skills
1. Covers 4 main areas : Access Control, Burg, CCTV, and Fire. Prior experience in multiple areas is preferred but at minimum candidates should have at least 2 years of burg.
2. Be a consultant to customers and being able to train the end user on the system.
3. Reliable and punctual.

They will get to use a company vehicle during the contract and there is the opportunity for this to turn into a permanent role.
Once converted perm :
Techs will be able to continue their education and become certified, advanced, or Fame. Will pay for this training. With each level of certification comes increases in pay.
