Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and willing to obtain a insurance license.
Responsibilities
Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include :
File paperwork
Appointment Scheduling
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Mail billings
Dispense brochures
Update policyholder’s contact information such as phone number and email address
Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer
Provides excellent customer service
