Regional Property Manager

As our Regional Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our communities thrive. You will manage multiple properties, focusing on financial health, vendor relationships, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of multiple community properties.
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and vendors.
- Supervise and support your team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Plan strategically for property improvements and community growth.
- Communicate effectively with residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
Qualifications :
- Experience in community association management or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
