This is a per diem / on call position.
Prepares foods for, residents, personnel, and / or catering service. Coordinates and instructs staff engaged in food preparation.
Displays knowledge of basic principles of dietetics, food sanitation, and service. Coordinates work with kitchen.

Required Qualifications :
- Coursework / Training : Two years of High school education or equivalent.
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
- 1 year in quantity food production.
