$160 perdiem, if eligible.
Job Requirements :
Three years of experience in steel welding and flux core arc welding processes. Proficient in flat, vertical, overhead, and horizontal.
Ceramic Tape experience is required.
Must comprehend written and verbal instructions (in English).
Must be able to hear warning signals, read and comprehend safety instructions, regulations and warnings.
Must pass a background check, vision test and drug test.
Must be able to work any shift and overtime, if required.
Test : FCAW

Fillet weld plates :
- 2F 3F 4F (VT test)
- Fillet testing shall take 1-2 hours
Steel backing butt joint 6X6 3 / 8 thick :
- 2G 3G 4G (VT and UT test )
- All Butt joint testing takes a welder an average of 1-2 days
Butt joint with ceramic backing 12X8 ¾ thick :
- 1G 2G 3G (VT and UT test)
- All Butt joint testing takes a welder an average of 1-2 days
Simulation :
- Wraps 2F 3F 36 in length
- Diagonal 3F 4F 36 in length
- In and out corners 2F 4F 6
- Water tight collar
- Air arc fillet welds
VT testing)
All simulation testing takes average welder 1-2 days
