Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Location : Clackamas, OR
Pay : $20 - $22
Schedule : Monday and Tuesday are a must, flexible on other days to make a 24-30 hour work week

What you’ll do :
- Manage AP / AR processes, including processing invoices, expense reports, payments, and account reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage data entry in QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports as needed.
- Coordinate bank deposits, and monitor cash flow, resolving discrepancies as they arise.
- Track and follow up on overdue invoices, supporting credit and collections efforts.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office files.
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed, managing vendor relationships and office purchases.
- Provide additional administrative support to departments as required, including document preparation, scanning, and record-keeping.
- Support HR and payroll processes, including assisting with timesheet collection and employee expense reimbursements.
What you need to have :
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant with bookkeeping responsibilities, especially in AP / AR functions.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and prior experience with bookkeeping or accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
