Job Description :
Dream Builder Real Estate Group, a unique and innovative real estate company opening in the Tampa area, is seeking a motivated Licensed Salaried Real Estate Salesperson.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a top-producing real estate broker who has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
David Thompson has a proven track record of success, including being a former Tom Ferry business coach and running a highly successful real estate team in Michigan, Michigan Top Producers Real Estate, which currently sells about 1,200 transactions per year- MichiganTopProducers.com

$100,000+ includes base plus commission
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in prospecting and lead follow-up
- Support marketing efforts
- Organize and manage open houses
- Show homes to potential buyers
- Assist with listing properties
Qualifications :
- Active Florida real estate license
- Strong understanding of real estate processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly - Customer service attitude
