Job Summary
We are working with a number of New York City Law Firms on Litigation Paralegal roles. Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience supporting attorneys whose practice focuses on : securities litigaiton, corporate litigation, commercial litigation, financial services / banking litigation and / or antitrust litigation.
Key Responsbilities / Duties (required) :
- Draft, edit, finalize and manage litigaiton legal documents as well as coordinate document productions
- Cite-check and Bluebook
- Legal research / due diligence
- Handle all aspects of trial prep as well as post-trial tasks
- Work with attorneys and staff on depositions
- Correspondence
- Liaise with clients, attorneys, staff (all levels), vendors, court personnel
- Handle tasks related to dockets and calendaring
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Filing at state and federal level
