Marketing Manager Job Description
Seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Marketing Manager who understands the ins and outs of various marketing tactics, analysis, campaign execution and staff management - all while keeping tight control over the bottom line.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Responsibilities
- Work with VP of Marketing on implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing strategy
- Manage and mentor marketing team which currently consists of a Digital Marketing Specialist, Senior Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator
- Manage monthly spend, invoice approvals and ensure staying in line with marketing budget
- Work with sales and operations on marketing initiatives to drive the business
- Vet and build strategic relationships with vendors and agencies, including contract negotiation
- Work with team on performing regular campaign analysis to ensure tactics are running properly and meeting lead goals
- Solid knowledge of campaign analytics tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Google Data Studio , Meta and other marketing related dashboards to be able to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Spearhead market research efforts including consumer analysis, competitor analysis and market analysis
- Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives and ensure all materials in line with brand identity

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Strong computer and reporting skills in Excel
- Knowledge of finance and expense management
