We are seeking a dedicated customer service representative for our caregiver service business in Brea.
Nightingale Senior Care provides caregivers to help seniors and dependent adults in the comfort of their own home. Our caregivers are Non-medical.
Our office is a fast paced environment that requires you to be composed as you think quickly to multi-task and manage many things at once.
We communicate using text messaging and our VOIP phone system, so you must be able to manage multiple text message conversations and issues at one time all while answering and making telephone calls to customers, caregivers and other affiliated parties.
Attention to detail and clear communication with the rest of the team, caregivers and clients are essential. Must possess a high level of professionalism and be able to quickly diffuse stressful situations for others.
The ideal candidate will be highly computer literate and comfortable learning new systems and programs.
Your Primary Role :
Answering phone calls from customers and their family members or responsible party, as well as calls from company caregivers.
Replying to text messages, emails and social media messages in addition to sending out messages on all of those channels.
Must be accurate with data entry and diligent in verifying, updating and filing caregiver credentials on an ongoing basis.
On an as-needed basis you may assist other team members with :
Scheduling : Managing caregiver & client schedules. This will be done via telephone, by SMS (text messaging) and our mobile app.
Schedule management will involve occasions where there will be urgent last minute shifts to fill, which require calm focus under time sensitive conditions.
Timekeeping : Maintain integrity and accuracy of schedule timekeeping system
The position starts at $17.00 and up per hour DOE.
This is an IN Person In Office position at the company office in Brea, CA.
This is a full time position with daytime working hours.
You will be required to submit to a Live Scan Background Check as required by State Regulations unless you have an active background clearance with the California Department of Social Services.
