RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and implement organized filing systems

Monitor, answer and direct emails

Answer inbound telephone calls

Assist Estimators with preliminary bid information

Write Service Work Orders and invoice

Call on past due invoices

Provide administrative support to office staff

Perform all other office tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS :

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong computer skills

Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required

Commercial roofing knowledge is a plus, but not required
