A Customer Service Representative works with Account Managers to prepare quotes, conduct follow up and process orders including accurately entering the order.
Provide customer follow up on quotes, order expedites and sample requests, tracking of customer projects. He / she also develops quotations for existing and new customers based on information from factory vendors and client's configuration department.
Review customer contracts / purchase orders with Account manager to ensure that quality, timeline and cost requirements are met.
