Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual observations. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs according to site procedures. Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or providing guidance during medical emergencies. Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security-related matters at the location. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
