Join Our Team as a Safety Administrator!

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm

Full Benefit Package

Wages : $17-$22 / hr

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about workplace safety? HJC is seeking a Safety Administrator (Administrative Assistant - Safety) to support our Safety Department and help keep our team safe and compliant!

What You'll Do :

  • Track workplace incidents and coordinate workers compensation, including helping injured employees with treatment and appointments.
  • Oversee light duty assignments and maintain vehicle and equipment asset files.
  • Create and distribute weekly toolbox topics to keep safety top-of-mind.
  • Audit DOT driver hours weekly and maintain compliance records.
  • Manage PPE and office supply inventory to ensure our team is always prepared.
  • Support general safety administration and assist with documentation, reporting, and training.

What We're Looking For :

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in safety administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computers and record-keeping.
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork.
