AI Agent Development Design and implement autonomous and semi-autonomous agents (Agentic workflows) that interact with internal systems and users across the mortgage value chain. Build robust, context-aware AI agents capable of handling document analysis, decision support, data extraction, and customer engagement. GenAI & Bedrock Implementation Leverage Amazon Bedrock and other large foundation models to build, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI capabilities. Integrate custom and pre-trained LLMs to drive automation in document classification, summarization, intelligent routing, and dynamic content generation. Workflow Orchestration & Integration Architect cloud-based process flows using AWS Step Functions, integrating GenAI components, APIs, and mortgage software platforms (e.g., LOS, CRM, POS). Automate multistep business logic and exception handling with serverless functions (Lambda) and event-driven triggers. 3+ years of professional experience in AI application development, automation engineering, or full-stack cloud engineering. Proven hands-on experience with : AWS Step Functions , Lambda, S3, and event-driven architecture. Agentic frameworks for building intelligent task-planning and decision-making agents. Amazon Bedrock , SageMaker, and GenAI models (Claude, Nova, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of Python and relevant AI / ML libraries (LangChain, Transformers, boto3, etc.). Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud-native integrations, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform). Familiarity with mortgage workflows or fintech automation is a strong plus.
