Are you an experienced Paralegal ready to hit the ground running? A respected Tax Law Firm in San Diego has partnered with New Gig Solutions to fill a high-priority role immediately . This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, client-focused legal team during one of the firm's busiest seasons.

Position Overview :

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with experience supporting attorneys in tax, estate planning, or business law. The role will begin onsite in San Diego , with the option for a hybrid schedule once the selected candidate is fully onboarded and up to speed.

What You'll Be Doing :

Support attorneys with preparation of legal documents, filings, and correspondence related to tax law, trusts & estates, and business entities

Conduct legal research and manage case files with high accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate with clients and government agencies (e.g., IRS, FTB)

Maintain deadlines and track case progress across multiple matters

Draft and review legal documents such as engagement letters, tax filings, petitions, and trust documents

Assist with the organization and analysis of financial records and tax documentation

Provide administrative support as needed to keep attorneys organized and focused

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm (tax or estate planning experience a strong plus)

Strong familiarity with legal terminology and document drafting

Excellent attention to detail and time management

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client information

Ability to work independently and stay organized in a high-volume environment

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset

Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education strongly preferred

Location : San Diego, CA (Onsite to start; Hybrid potential after onboarding)

Schedule : Full-time

Start Date : ASAP
